Pre-Press Garment for 5 seconds to get out any moisture.


Temp: 300 - 325°F


Pressure: Heavy 


Time: 20-25 Seconds


Peel: Warm

Press for a second time after peeling the paper. Use a Teflon sheet to protect your heat press.
